These General Contract Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between AGT-INTERNATIONAL and the user or client, in accordance with the legal stipulations, especially Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, and Law 34/2002 of July 11 , Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
OBJECT OF THE WEB PAGE
The purpose of the page is to offer the user or client the possibility of reserving GUIDED TOURS AND ACTIVITIES.
Tourist services will be understood as guided tours by an accredited official guide or guide offered for sale according to a price, when said service may include some entrance to a monument or ticket.
INFORMATION PRIOR TO THE RESERVATION
The reservation through the AGT-INTERNATIONAL websites will imply the express acceptance, by the client or user of the pages, of these conditions, as well as the conditions of use established for the user's navigation through the pages owned by AGT-INTERNATIONAL. . Likewise, the user or client declares to be of legal age and have the legal capacity and to act necessary for access to the AGT-INTERNATIONAL websites and contracting through them.
AGT-INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, in the General Conditions. Said modifications will not be applicable retroactively and will not, therefore, affect orders made prior to said modification.
PRICES
In the case of excursions or optional visits not contracted at source, it must be borne in mind that they are not part of the contract. Its publication is merely informative and the price is expressed with the indicative that must be considered as an estimate. Therefore, at the time of contracting at the destination, there may be variations in its costs, which alter the estimated price. On the other hand, these excursions will be offered to the traveler with their specific conditions and final price independently, not guaranteeing the possible realization of them until the moment of their contracting.
In any case, and in the event of any variation in the prices of the products, the prices published online on the website will always prevail. In no case are the offers published on this website cumulative with each other, nor with other publications.
CANCELLATION BY AGT-INTERNATIONAL.
In the event that AGT-INTERNATIONAL cancels the guided tour before the agreed departure date, for any reason that is not attributable to the client or user, AGT-INTERNATIONAL will pay the client or user, from the moment the resolution occurs. of the contract, the reimbursement of all amounts paid or the realization of another guided tour of equivalent or higher quality whenever the organizer or retailer can propose it.
In the event that the guided tour is offered of inferior quality, AGT-INTERNATIONAL must reimburse the customer or user for the difference in price, in accordance with the contract.
AGT-INTERNATIONAL will pay the amounts paid by the client within 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the cancellation of the guided tour. The reimbursement of the amounts will be made using the same means of payment used by the client or user, as long as the contrary has not been provided.
There will be no obligation to indemnify in the following cases:
When the cancellation is due to the fact that the number of people registered for the combined trip is less than required and the client or user is notified in writing before the deadline set for this purpose in the contract, which will be at least 10 days at least in advance of the scheduled start date of the guided tour.
When the cancellation of the guided tour, except in cases of excess reservations, is due to reasons of force majeure, understanding as such those circumstances beyond the control of the person who invokes them, abnormal and unforeseeable whose consequences could not have been avoided, despite having acted with due diligence.
CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT OR USER
At any time, the user or consumer can withdraw from the contracted services, having the right to a refund of the amounts they have paid, but they must indemnify AGT-INTERNATIONAL in the amounts indicated below:
In the case of guided tours and unless the withdrawal takes place due to force majeure: the entire management fee (€75) + cancellation fees, if any, if the withdrawal occurs less than three days before prior to the start date of the guided tour. Obliged to pay the total amount of the reservation, paying, where appropriate, the pending amounts unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
In the event that the guided tour is subject to special economic contracting conditions, such as entrances, tickets, special rates, etc., the cancellation fees due to withdrawal will be established in accordance with the conditions agreed between the parties.
The cancellation must be made by notification, addressing the email agt@agt-international.com
SENDING DOCUMENTATION OF A RESERVATION
Once the reservation is confirmed, AGT-INTERNATIONAL will automatically send an email with the reservation confirmation together with the vouchers. Subsequently, a few days before the departure of the reserved trip, AGT-INTERNATIONAL will send the missing documentation of the guided tour such as the name of the guide and meeting point.
In the case of existing documentation, which due to its specific characteristics could not be sent via email, it would be sent according to the particular conditions previously agreed. In case of loss of travel documentation by the client (bonuses, tickets, etc.) that causes loss of services, AGT-INTERNATIONAL. will not be responsible for the expenses caused by a new reservation or the return of the losses.
HOLIDAYS
In the festivities of each city it is possible that transport, shops, museums, shows, etc. vary their usual hours and even remain closed without prior notice; In the same way, those holidays can alter the traffic of the tracks and prolong the duration of the guided tours. In the event of streets closed to traffic that prevent arrival at the hotel, the stopping point will be borne by the client.
